Rachael J. Thompson joined Delventhal Law Office in 2020 as a legal assistant and was promoted to paralegal roughly a year and a half later. Her growth at the firm has given her extensive experience with Indiana personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, helping her assist clients effectively.
She especially enjoys discovery and finds it rewarding to make a positive difference for someone going through a tough time. Organized, compassionate, calm under pressure, and practical, Rachael wants clients to feel confident and satisfied with the work the firm provides.

Outside the office
Born in Fort Wayne, Rachael graduated from Homestead High School in 2017. Outside work, she enjoys yoga, long walks with her dogs, traveling, and spending time with family. She has two cats, Luna and Melly, and two dogs, Moagli and Kano.
