Chad E. Delventhal
Chad E. Delventhal grew up in Auburn, Indiana and attended DeKalb High School where he graduated in 1992. Chad received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Indiana University in 1996 before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Indiana in 2008. Chad returned to Fort Wayne to practice with the Boughter Law Office where he specialized in personal injury and worker’s compensation litigation.
In June, 2009 Chad left the Boughter Law Office to found the Delventhal Law Office LLC. As founder of the Delventhal Law Office, Chad has been solely responsible for establishing the firm as a highly regarded plaintiff’s law firm committed to individual rights. Chad’s practice focuses on personal injury and worker’s compensation litigation. He has represented adults and children who are victims of motor vehicle negligence, industrial accidents, premises defects and work related injuries. Chad is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Allen County Bar Association.
As a trial lawyer and negotiator, Chad has recovered millions of dollars for deserving clients, handling many complex and valuable claims. Outside the courtroom, Chad is very active in the Community and a busy husband and father of two children. His wife Nicole is a registered Nurse for Parkview Regional Medical Center. Chad enjoys traveling, cooking, rooting for the Colts/Hoosiers, working out, and spending time with his family.

Victoria Harrison joined the Delventhal Law team in March 2014. Victoria is originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania but lived in Knoxville, Tennessee before locating to the Midwest in order to be closer to family and friends. Victoria attended college at Johnson University in Knoxville, Tennessee.
