Legal Assistant

Amanda R. Berz was born and raised in the surrounding Fort Wayne Indiana rural area. Graduating from Woodlan High School in 2012. 5 years later, Amanda gained employment with Delventhal Law Office and has proudly worked for the firm for the past 7 years. As Legal Assistant for the firm, Amanda handles a wide-array of duties from answering client calls, summarizing medical records, scheduling, and assisting with pre-litigation matters. Mother of one showing care and patience in life and committing the same into her legal work with Delventhal clients. Amanda prides herself on being punctual and dedicated to getting the job done. Amanda lives in Fort Wayne with her daughter, Meara and significant other Sean. Amanda enjoys spending time with family, camping, working in her garden, playing with Meara and her dog, Cooper.

Rachael J. Thompson

Paralegal

Rachael was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Homestead Highschool in 2017. She then later became a member of the Delventhal Law Office in 2020. Rachael began her Delventhal Law Office career as our legal assistant and was later promoted to Paralegal in 2021. As Paralegal for the firm, Rachael handles a wide-array of duties from answering client calls, itemizing medical expenses, scheduling, meeting with clients, and assisting with pre-litigation matters. Rachael prides herself on being punctual and dedicated to getting the job done for our clients. Rachael has two cats; Luna and Melly, and two dogs; Moagli and Kano. Rachael enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her animals.
