CHAD E. DELVENTHAL
We find what others miss.
CHAD FOUNDED DELVENTHAL LAW OFFICE AS A BOUTIQUE PERSONAL INJURY FIRM BUILT AROUND DIRECT CLIENT ATTENTION, CAREFUL CASE PREPARATION, AND MODERN TECHNOLOGY.
Chad Delventhal is the founder of Delventhal Law Office, a Fort Wayne personal injury firm representing injured people and families throughout Indiana. Chad founded the firm in 2009 because he wanted to build something different: a boutique personal injury practice where clients receive personal attention, cases are prepared with care, and the firm uses the most advanced tools available to pursue the best possible result.
Chad’s practice focuses on car crashes, wrongful death, serious injury, and workers’ compensation claims. He represents people whose lives have been disrupted by someone else’s negligence, including families dealing with the aftermath of devastating collisions, fatal accidents, disputed liability, mounting medical bills, lost wages, and long-term recovery needs.
For Chad, representing an injured client is not just about filing a claim and negotiating with an insurance company. It is about helping reduce the stress that comes with an injury case so the client can focus on getting better. From the beginning of a case, Chad and his team work to explain the process, gather the evidence, identify the issues that matter, and protect the client from being overwhelmed by insurance adjusters, medical bills, paperwork, and deadlines.
Delventhal Law Office is intentionally small and focused. That structure allows Chad to stay closely involved in the cases the firm accepts while still building the systems needed to take on insurance companies and large defendants. The firm’s approach combines traditional legal work — investigation, medical review, negotiation, and litigation strategy — with cutting-edge technology designed to uncover details that might otherwise be missed.
The firm uses advanced AI tools to help analyze medical records, medical bills, accident evidence, liens, Indiana law, and case data. That technology does not replace legal judgment; it strengthens it. By using AI to review large volumes of records, identify inconsistencies, organize treatment histories, evaluate liens, and surface legal issues, Chad and his team can better understand the full value of a case and argue more effectively for their clients.

WE FIND WHAT OTHERS MISS
In a personal injury case, the details matter. A missed diagnosis, an overlooked bill, an understated injury, a lien that should be reduced, or a key fact in the accident evidence can change the outcome. Chad built Delventhal Law Office to pay attention to those details and to use every available advantage to help clients recover full and fair compensation.
Before founding Delventhal Law Office, Chad practiced personal injury and workers’ compensation law at Boughter Law Office in Fort Wayne. Over his career, he has recovered millions of dollars for deserving clients and has handled complex claims involving serious injuries, wrongful death, disputed liability, medical treatment issues, lost income, and long-term harm to clients and their families.
